Free Shipping On All Domestic Orders!
International Orders: $10 (1-2 months), $69.99 (7-10 business days.)
Orders are shipped from the United States, therefore you may incur duties, clearance fees, or local taxes. Custom fees or duties are not included inthe final sales price and are the sole responsibility of the customer at delivery. We do not cover these charges and are not liable for any fees involved. If you have any additional questions, please contact your local customs office.
Roommate 22 accepts returns and exchanges of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Refunds are applied only to full priced items. We require merchandise be returned unworn in original packaging.
Refunds on full priced items will be credited to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus the shipping fees. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the www.roommate22.com
Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.
Roommate 22 reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
